Usage of Medicated Plasters

We’ve received a few queries on the recommended usage and application of our medicated plasters. It was enough to warrant some attention on our part so we’ve decided to do a translation of the Chinese instructions on our packaging here:

  • The medicated plasters are not to be applied directly on open wounds or sores.
  • To stop using if user experiences pain or red patches/spots.
  • If there are sticky remnants left on the skin after removing plaster, one can make use of the plaster to remove them.
  • Sweat will reduce the stickiness of the plaster, so it is advisable to apply on skin after drying skin with towel etc.
  • Keep the medicated plasters in a cool, dry place when not in use.
  • Not suitable for pregnant women.

In addition, we cannot emphasise enough that the medicated plasters are not meant to be left on the skin 24/7. Our skin need to breathe, even more so skin of the elderly (presumably the users of medicated plasters will be in the older age group). Also, do try not to keep applying the medicated plasters in the same area repeatedly. For optimum effect, we recommend coupling the usage of our medicated plasters with our rheumatism balm or oil.

Feel free to email us at sinmedlink@gmail.com if you have further queries.
